Henry Ford Center for Athletic Medicine FasTrac Summer Conditioning Classes - (High School: Age 14 and up)
1 week (5) day classes will be held at the University of Michigan Dearborn Fieldhouse, 4901 Evergreen Road, Dearborn
Henry Ford is pleased to bring our staff of Certified Athletic Trainers and Performance Enhancement Specialists who will take you through a series of exercises in a circuit training format. The entire class will be 60 minutes in length consisting of a dynamic warm-up, 2 times around the circuit and a cool down. Exercises given will emphasize quality movement patterns to improve your core, power and strength along with helping to avoid injury. Additional classes in Core & Plyometrics and Overhead Athlete are available. (See calendar for details).
